MEDITATIONS

Find a spot where you won't be interrupted. Either sit up straight or lie down with your feet flat on the floor-knees pointed up toward the ceiling

 

Breathe in on 4 counts through your nose. Hold for 4 counts.

 

Lower your jaw softly & breathe out for a count of 8.

 

Once you get into a flow rhythmically with your breath replace the numbers with the word love.

 

 

Sit upright (In a chair preferably), feet flat on the floor.

 

Place hands with your palms facing upwards on your lap & close your eyes. 

 

Imagine your feet are growing roots into the ground beneath the earth.

 

Breathe in through your nose, then breathe out through your mouth. Let all your pent up anger & frustrations out in the breath out.

 

Allow any sound you'd like along with your breath. You could use "ah" "oh" or even growl if you'd like to.

 

Have fun with it!

 

Then take a few normal breaths, open your eyes, & return to the feeling of being rooted in the earth.

 

Relax a moment & then go about your day.
