You see this heading and you're probably thinking "okay, this gal has lost it!"
You'll need three pieces of paper, a pen, and hands that are primed and ready to start ripping up paper!
The only thing I lost in doing this exercise was negative thoughts about myself.
Get a piece of paper and a pen and write on it all those negative feelings and thoughts that you've felt and heard since childhood. Then rip that paper into teeny tiny pieces using your hands & fingers. This is a powerful exercise to do. You're deconstructing the words that have kept you down and in a negative space. The physical act of ripping and destroying those words sends a message to your brain that you are rejecting those words.
On a new, clean piece of paper, write down all the words you want to feel or hear that are positive.
On a third piece of paper write down in question form the words you chose that are positive.
For example: "Why am I so smart?" "Why am I so kind?" "Why am I so loved?" "Why am I appreciated?" "Why am I a beautiful person?" etc etc.
So the next part of this exercise is to ask yourself these questions when you first wake up and right before you fall asleep. Do this for a month or two and watch all the amazing changes in your life unfold!
